Игру Towerdale (далее «игра») для Android и iOS разрабатывает Akniyet Maratov. Здесь описано, какие данные игра обрабатывает и кто их получает.

Что хранится на устройстве

Прогресс, настройки и список купленного хранятся только на вашем устройстве. У игры нет аккаунтов и своего сервера, разработчик эти данные не получает. Играть можно без интернета.

Реклама

В игре есть реклама за награду: короткий ролик, который вы включаете сами, чтобы получить бонус. Других видов рекламы нет. Ролики показывает сервис Google AdMob.

Для показа рекламы, подсчёта просмотров и защиты от мошенничества AdMob может получать IP-адрес (по нему примерно определяется регион), рекламный идентификатор устройства, сведения об устройстве и приложении, данные о работе приложения и о том, как вы взаимодействуете с рекламой. Эти данные обрабатывает Google по своим правилам: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites

В Европейской экономической зоне, Великобритании и Швейцарии игра сначала спрашивает согласие на персонализированную рекламу. На iOS система спрашивает разрешение на отслеживание; если его не дать, реклама не персонализируется. Рекламный идентификатор можно сбросить или удалить в настройках телефона. После покупки VIP бонусы выдаются без роликов.

Покупки

В игре можно купить кристаллы и наборы. Оплату проводят Google Play или App Store, разработчик не видит данные карты и платёжные данные. Игра получает от магазина только подтверждение покупки, чтобы выдать товар.

Достижения

На iOS достижения и лучший результат могут отправляться в Apple Game Center, если вы вошли в него на устройстве. На Android то же самое может делать Google Play Игры. Эти данные обрабатывают Apple и Google по своим правилам.

Резервное копирование

Если на устройстве включено резервное копирование, система может сохранить прогресс игры в ваш аккаунт Google или iCloud и восстановить его на новом устройстве. Разработчик к этим данным доступа не имеет.

Дети

Игра не предназначена для детей младше 13 лет, и разработчик сознательно не собирает данные детей.

Удаление данных

Всё, что хранится в игре, удаляется вместе с игрой. Данные рекламы хранит Google, управлять ими можно в настройках аккаунта Google и в настройках рекламы на телефоне.

Изменения

Если политика изменится, новая версия появится на этой странице с новой датой.

Towerdale Privacy Policy

Towerdale (the "game") for Android and iOS is developed by Akniyet Maratov. This policy explains what data the game handles and who receives it.

What stays on your device

Your progress, settings and the list of items you bought are stored only on your device. The game has no accounts and no server of its own, and the developer does not receive this data. You can play without an internet connection.

Ads

The game has rewarded ads: a short video that you choose to watch to get a bonus. There are no other kinds of ads. The videos are served by Google AdMob.

To show ads, measure them and prevent fraud, AdMob may receive your IP address (used to estimate your general region), your device's advertising ID, information about your device and the app, app performance data and how you interact with ads. Google handles this data under its own terms: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites

In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, the game first asks for your consent to personalized ads. On iOS, the system asks for permission to track; if you do not allow it, ads are not personalized. You can reset or delete the advertising ID in your phone settings. With VIP, bonuses are given without videos.

Purchases

You can buy crystals and bundles in the game. Payments are processed by Google Play or the App Store, and the developer never sees your card or payment details. The game only receives a purchase confirmation from the store so it can deliver the item.

Achievements

On iOS, achievements and your best result may be sent to Apple Game Center if you are signed in to it on your device. On Android, Google Play Games may do the same. Apple and Google handle this data under their own terms.

Backup

If backup is turned on for your device, the system may save the game progress to your Google account or iCloud and restore it on a new device. The developer has no access to this data.

Children

The game is not directed at children under 13, and the developer does not knowingly collect data from children.

Deleting your data

Everything the game stores is removed when you delete the game. Ad data is kept by Google; you can manage it in your Google account settings and in your phone's ad settings.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date.
